Level-One

This is the least gloomy part of The Underworld. Everything here is gray and a bit foggy on most days. However, every once in a few centuries, this place turns into a meadow. It looks lifeless compared to the ones in the higher heavens, but it's usually the most beautiful thing the spirits trapped in here see. This is for the spirits that are on the better side of not-quite-good-enough, and they are promoted to the higher heavens more commonly than being demoted.
