New Friends (Shitataru)

[FETT AND MIYUKI]

Fett smiled and couldn't help it when his tail wagged as Taru rubbed his belly. He thoroughly enjoyed it, perhaps a little too much. He'd been told by Miyuki that his belly felt doughy, but in Fett's mind that meant it felt good. He was a sucker for belly rubs, if he had the opportunity to get one he would. He was just concerned about what others might think of him for it. When Taru ended the rub and got off, saying he had to go and looking back with a smile, Fett returned the smile and waved. "Bye, Taru! I really look forward to seeing you again!" And he did, he really did. Fett was feeling really happy now, he'd made a wonderful new friend, one who didn't mind his weight and didn't make fun of him! And one who even gave him belly rubs! Fett stood up, still smiling his big smile, and wandered off to find Miyuki. Maybe next time he saw Taru, Miyuki would be with him and she could meet Taru. The thought only made Fett smile all the more.
