Prologue:

They say that werewolves are made up, fiction stories. Well that's not true. Humans made that up because they didn't want others to know that mystical creatures actually do exist. Years ago, about 50 thousand years ago, mystical creatures roamed the land practically everywhere in the world. All, went well, unicorns roamed freely life was good. Until humans appeared then they stated destroying their land. The, humans drove the creatures out. There, was war between the humans and the creatures. They fought from, feather to blood. But finally the humans won driving the creatures out for good. Ever, since no one knows where their been.

Chapter 1:

Hello I'm Athena Williams. I'm 12 years old. So far New York seems very..loud. Anyways me and my family just moved here. Life is pretty normal really. I'm in 7th grade, which means i'm in junior high. Well, anyways me and my family are done packing and are settling in.
I have one older sister and two little brothers, my parents are kinda separated.
Well that's enough about me for now. I got up from my new comfy bed. "This is it." I murmured and got dressed, putting on a thin layer of lip gloss on. Oh and did I mention I was from the country? I have an accent so the city is quite new to me.

I, didn't like make-up very much but I put it on every on in a while. I have Olive skin and light brown hair. My eyes are brown. I always thought I was different than my friends back in town. I missed my town in North Carolina. I sighed and went downstairs, tying my hair into a ponytail on the way. I saw my mom and my dad. "Your starting school tomorrow at Lake Shore Junior High" he stated, his accent shown. I nodded "What if them other kids ain't gonna like me?" I aked. Pa and Ma looked up "If they don't like you just ignore them however if they try to hit you fight back." they stated. I nodded and, ate my breakfast.
