My Little Blood Bank (Kiana)

Nocte wandered along the shoreline, on the opposite side of the lake from her pack's home. She scented the air for any wolf scent. Currently, the twun was out hunting for any loners who happened to be okay with a twun drinking their blood. Sadly, this was a weird and somewhat creepy request, so not many loners Nocte had come across were willing to donate blood. In addition, many liners were quick and could easily run away from danger, so the twun couldn't chase them and take their blood- and spells.

She sighed, catching the scent of only a deer. Once, meat had tasted so good to Nocte- now, it was dry and devoid of nourishment, unless it was freshly killed and still bloody. In that case, the black twun was able to suck some blood from it, but it was just about as useless and almost as tasteless to her as the meat itself. Being immortal wasn't bad, but Nocte sure wished she had drank the blood of more fire, water, earth, and air wolves when she had the chance. Suddenly, a scent wafted into her nose, alerting her of another wolf nearby.

Kiana walked by the lake, having just taken a swim. Her fur was damp the teenager shook her fur a little more. The soft blue hues of the female spotted the figure of a nearby wolf. Kiana was no shy wolf so she walked over in a friendly way. Kiana lightly wagged her tail, her striped ears flicking slightly. "Hello." Kiana greeted. Kiana, was friendly but knew how to fight even without spells. So, that might be a surprise to some wolves. Kiana was a mix between an air wolf and a water wolf. Her, eyes traveled over to the wolf it was another female. Quite rare lately, Kiana has been metting males it was nice to meet another female for once.

Nocte turned around to face the other wolf, making a false but friendly smile appear upon her face. Her ears perked up, and the twun wagged her tail. What was this wolf? Water? Fire? Earth? Air? A combination? The twun couldn't tell just by looking at her. Either way, seeing if perhaps she'd donate some blood wouldn't be bad. She attempted to cover up her mostly sinister, honeyed tone of her voice, and faked her best innocent voice. "Hello! I'm Nocte! Would you like to donate some blood to a hungry twun? I'll be careful, I promise."

The wolf seemed friendly enough but what she had to say surprised Kiana. This wanted her to donate her blood! Kiana shifted her blue eyes. "Uhhhh that's...........quite an offer." she chuckled nervously. Kiana would do anything for Alec, really. But, she wasn't sure about this. Kiana flicked her tail nervously, this was unusual. This wolf must be a Twun.

"Yeah, kiddo, I'm a twun. I may look young, but I'm pretty dang old." Nocte paused. "Odd request, I know. But back at the pack, there's a few wolves I drink from. I know how to do it so it won't hurt much, and it isn't dangerous at all. Sometimes, y'know, you just get bored of the taste, or you need some new spells. The twun shifted almost uncomfortably. Considering this wolf hadn't run away, they might actually consider it. It could be a learning experience, for what do if a twun catches you and tries to drink your blood.

As, Kiana listened it sounded as if donating blood wasn't so bad. "Ok then I accept your request." Kiana, picked her answer carefully. The blue in her eyes sparkled lightly. She, sat down on her rump. Kiana, had never really donated blood but if it was to help someone she would do it. At, that moment her tail lashed out. She, looked at the twun intently awaiting her response.

Nocte smiled as the wolf accepted her request, and circled her to inspect where to watch out for. She sniffed around Kiana's neck, and quickly located her main vein. Some distance away, the twun found a good, soft, tender part of the neck to bite into. "Try to lay still- maybe even go slightly limp, if you need to. If you move too much, I might puncture an organ or something by mistake. Just a warning- not many Twuns ask permission to take your blood. Most just chase you. If another twun ever tries to chase you to drink your blood, just run. If they get too close, just hold still and go limp- they probably won't kill you. Unless they're in a second form. Then you run, unless you feel like becoming one of us."

With that, Nocte slid her teeth into the chosen position, drawing blood from Kiana. Power rushed through her, and her stomach area felt warm. Finally, she took her fangs from the wolf's neck, a single drop of blood spilling. She'd be fine. With that, the twun felt the lake's water, and allowed the newly obtained power to reach out to it. It bent to her will. So this wolf was a water wolf. Nocte carefully took some water from the lake, and brushed it against Kiana's bite in such a way that it would probably close and heal easily. That had felt great.

"Thank you." Nocte breathed. "I suppose we never introduced each other? I'm Nocte. As you just saw, a twun. You are?"

Kiana, stayed still as the twun drank her blood. Kiana, only felt like a pinch on her neck. After the twun, copied her spells she healed her neck.
"I'm Kiana a mix between a Water and Air wolves." She stated. Kiana, flicked her striped ears. Her pregnancy wasn't noticeable since she just conceived a day ago. Kiana looked at Nocte "Are you in a pack or are you a loner?" Kiana asked, curiously.

"I'm a pack wolf." Nocte replied, padding closer to the lake. Curiously, the twun used her new spell to create a ball of water, and to allow it to splash on the grass before trickling either back into the lake or into the ground- and eventually the roots- of the grass plants. So this wolf was named Kiana, and she had both elements Nocte didn't have- well, she had just obtained a water spell. "So, do you have any family? Like pups, or a mate?"

Kiana listened so she was in a pack. Kiana nodded lightly and went over to the lake, lapping up water. She lifted her head and sat down. The twun asked her if she had any family. Kiana, nodded "Yes I have a mate and I am expecting pups." Kiana replied. Her blue orbs looked at Nocte. She, sighed and stood up. Kiana, flicked her ear. "Do you?" Kiana asked Nocte.
