The ash was underneath her paws, caked on the grass. The twun thought that the texture felt odd on her paws, but trudged along anyways. She hardly could scent the border, but had just barely reached a claw across it when she realized it was there. Quickly, Nocte recalled her paw, remembering what the ghost had told her about Erebus. If she took a step over the border, she could be captured and made a slave. Not that the Senusret sergeant would let that happen.
The ghost of a Erebus slave had stopped by the Sensuret pack. Nocte wasn't very good at it, but as far as ghosts went, she had a small amount of experience in seeing them. When you were immortal, you had plenty of time to learn how to do fairly interesting things, like seeing ghosts. Following this, Castor had asked Nocte to investigate the pack. Sensuret had been aware of them, but didn't know too much about them. They knew the females were treated like crap, but Nocte's second form could be set off easily, and many wolves knew that was something nobody really wanted to mess with.
"Speak with a demon who should be dead." The words were spoken quietly as- Nocte hoped- a wolf drew closer.

His purple eyes flickered in the darkness as his sleek form became apparent when he showed himself in the light. Well, of course, he didn't even looked pissed, honestly he wasn't. This was the same scent he had scented all over the one who was holding a litter of his pups, but he had soon given up on it, for the fact, he truely did not care what she did on her personal time, as long as his future sons would be alright. Alec could see her clearly, as he gave a smile and sat, a few feet away and across from the small puddle of red molten lava. "Who is to say who is supposed to be dead, and who is not?" He spoke in his seductive voice as always. He didn't mind her being here, as long as she wasn't here to be deliberately annoying, the fact she was female, already sent him on high drive to have some fun of sorts.
"And what honor do I hold for a twun being here tonight?" He asked. Alec was not being mean, his well mannered nature was devious if anything, not only that, it was intriguing. He waited for an answer, swinging his tail back and forth.

Nocte was curious as to who this stranger was. He smelled of the Erebus pack, the border in particular. It was mainly high ranks who scented borders, at least in some packs- was Erebus one of them? The twun did not know, and did not care. However, she noted how familiar the scent was- faintly, Nocte remembered that scent amidst her drinking of blood, a scent mixed with the ever so faint scent of milk. Was this wolf her mate? The twun did not think do- Kiana had said that she was a loner, hadn't she?
"The gods. Eranis." Nocte replied to his first question. Some in her pack would respond with the names of either Chasma, Camina, or Farian- the twun believed in all, but worshipped none in particular. They were all gods, after all, and although Nocte did not care too much for Eranis, she acknowledged that Erebus was supposed to have worshipped the god of fire, water, air, and earth.
"Curiosity. I come from a far off pack, owning a castle on and part of Lake Aria. I would like to suggest a get together- a party, it could be called. One to promote relations with loners, our packs, and one other pack I, at least, am aware of." Nocte answered. Casually, she smoothed down a patch of fur on her chest become looking back up at this wolf.

Oh look better yet, she was a pack wolf high position. That was something he didn't want his children getting involved into. Unless it was with Erebus. That, and when they had to learn to accounted with other packs. Though Alec had heard about this pack, run by a female, he hadn't taken any energy to go down there. So his curiosity was perked, for this so called get together. His ears turned as he gave a bit of a chuckle to her answer of the god Erebus chose to worship. Maybe, maybe not, Alec did not know what the god was thinking twenty four seven after all. "It sounds like it would be very interesting, and I would be honored to attend." Alec stood straight, noble of course. As He paid no mind to the heat of the lava in that puddle. His smile widened and he looked up at the stars for a moment. A get together, he wondered what held him for sure at that.
"Your welcome to stay here if you wish, but I'd warn you the male's don't take to kindly to females. Pack custom if you will." Alec was in a rather good mood, if no one could not tell. Of course, when it came to other packs, he was an expert at deception, he could ally and then simply tear an entire kingdom apart. Either that, or unify them somehow. Of course, a pack run by a female was even more funny then he thought it could be.
